Macquarie Garage Doors was successful in winning a commercial project for BLOC Constructions at The Foundry in Adamstown.

We had lots of consultation with BLOC about fitting door solutions to comply with all regulations. To comply with their airflow and water sprinkler requirements we provided the Monarch Aluminium Roller Grille Shutter fitted with High Cycle Drums and High Cycle Grifco eDrive Opener. The second part of the works was providing residents with private garages for lockable storage. This also had to allow airflow being a carpark environment so we advised the Danmar Perforated Panel. These were operated by Merlin MS105 Garage Door Openers.
