COVID-19 Update

Whilst this is an uncertain time for all of us, we thank you for your continued support and cooperation in keeping us all safe & healthy.
In light of the current stay at home order in place for the Newcastle and Hunter Region, we have updated our COVID safe plan.
We are still operational at this time, with the following precautions in place:
We are no longer open to the public. Our sales team are offering contactless quotes or quotes via video call.
If you have a service or install booked with us, our technicians will phone you prior to entering the site and we ask that you remain in your home for the entirety of the service. Our staff will be wearing masks at all times while on site.
We will be unable to attend your premises if you have been asked to self isolate or if a member of your household is presenting any cold or flu symptoms.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will update our COVID safe plan as required.
